With close to 5 million passengers per year the Cruise Port of Miami is the busiest in the World. Apparently, this was THE shore excursion not to be missed. Cartagena comes alive at night with vibrant music and colorful lights and everyone outdoors having fun. The rooftop of the Art Lifestyle Hotel, across from San Filipe Fortress (Romancing the Stone was partly filmed inside the wall) was a welcome relief from the tropical heat.
